Delivery Methods and Charges
Orders will be despatched within 3 working days. In busy periods we will inform you of any delays in despatch.
Standard delivery £5.00 - uses Royal Mail and usually takes between three and five working days, however packages can take up to 14 working days. Requires a signature on delivery. Please feel free to select a work address for delivery if you are not likely to be at your account address during the day. If you are not at the address you will be left a card and you collect your parcel from your local Post Office or Sorting House.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK
All international despatches £15.00 require a signature on delivery and we use the quickest route to get the parcel to you. On many occasions this is International Signed For or Guaranteed AirMail but we also use UPS and City Link to some destinations. Please note that Royal Mail International Signed For packages can take up to 21 working days to reach their destination
We offer all our customers a full exchange under the following conditions. Simply send back the garment within 14 days of receiving your parcel, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging (where possible). Please include the completed returns form indicating what you would like to exchange your item for. Please include a phone number just in case we have any questions. We will contact you if there is a difference in value to the original transaction to organise payment or refund. Please also note that And Now Wee will not cover the cost of despatching exchanged items.
If you believe that the item that you have purchased from us may be faulty, please post it back to us: And Now Wee Ltd, 29 'The Cloisters', 145 Commercial Street, London, E1 6EB. Please ensure that you include a covering letter outlining the fault, as well as all your contact details. Once received, our team will inspect your item/s to determine the nature of the fault and you will be contacted shortly after. As with our standard returns policy, please allow up to 14 working days for us to inspect and process your returned item/s.
Please note that if your item is over 6 months old, it is no longer covered by our Faulty Goods policy. This is in line with Trading Standards guidelines which stipulate that any fault in garments that are over 6 months old (from date of purchase) is considered to be wear and tear rather than a fault with the item.
Return postage costs will be reimbursed, but only if a genuine item fault is identified. Imperfections caused by unsuitable item wear or use are exempt from the above.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us, for a full refund including your initial postage costs. Order cancellations must be sent in writing to our Customer Services Team, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day your receive your goods. You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging (where possible). You are responsible for the return postage costs.
To cancel your order please contact us by email at email@example.com. We will complete your refund including initial delivery costs within 30 days of receipt of the Order Cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with And Now Wee as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility.
Items that have been altered can not be returned for a refund or exchange. Please allow 30 working days for your request to be processed.
Our Customer Services Representatives will aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. We can only refund your purchase to the payment card that you used for the original purchase.
